High powered linux machines provide computational resources to analyze data that is collected either at the home source X-Ray diffractometer or by remote access to Berkeley�s Molecular Biology Consotrium (MBC) at beamline 4.2.2. The latest software including PHENIX and Coot are utilized in order to determine and refine atomic resolution structures.
